Dear Lord, am I passionate about niching down. Almost as passionate as I am about pancake sunday, but that's a story for another day.
If I would have to choose one thing as the biggest game changer in my circus career - it was to niche down. When you choose one area it's like YOU are the answer to all those folks having questions in that specific field.
I always thought I had to be a swiss army knife of trends and fit any and all job offers, and quite frankly niching down really felt like missing out on all of the opportunities. But don't be me. Be better and choose your niche as quickly as you can and stick to it so you are no longer wasting your time trying to fit in when there is a starving crowd waiting for you somewhere else
